December 05 Bud GrayLast Saturday we laid to rest Chief Bud Gray, retired, of the Arcanum, Ohio Fire Department. Bud had a long and distinguished carreer as chief and left the department in good condition. He was one old dog you could teach a new trick. October 10 Mercer County Fire SchoolIn late September I was asked to teach an Engine Company Operations Class at the Mercer County Fire School. 15 attentive students took part in the morning classroom and afternoon "on the street" class. We went over operations that and engine company should do using multiple scenarios. A good time was had by all. |
